Potential Delays for Personalised Orders:
During high order volume periods or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalised items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be promptly notified in case of such delays.

Non-Refundable Logistics Delays:
Floriy.co is not liable for any delays in product delivery caused by logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for delays resulting from these logistical factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that the tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours.
